Yoga

Yoga classes are going strong at Timberlane Country Club. The Vinyasa Yoga Classes (Vinyasa meaning "with breath" in Sanskrit) are held every Tuesday at 6:15pm and Saturday at 9:00am in the beautiful upstairs ballroom.
 
Classes are taught by Gaye Molaison, a Certified Yoga Instructor. Gaye completed her training at the Yandara Yoga Institute in Baja, Mexico  under the tutorage of Shane Christopher Perkins.  At Yandara she was able to deepen her asana practice along with the practice of meditation and pranayama.
 
All skill level are welcome in class, even if you have never practiced yoga. Beginning yoga students, as well as advanced students, will find classes to be challenging and relaxing. The classes are structured to meet all needs, and include meditation, pranayama, (breath control) and asana practice.
 
Timberlane recently purchased new yoga blocks and straps so that each yoga student will be able to use this equipment for modifications. We are excited to have the new equipment and the students enjoy using the blocks and straps.
 
Classes are always free for members. Non-members pay $10.00 per class or 6 classes for $50.00. Come join us for class and bring a friend. All you need for class is a mat; we will take care of the rest.
